The journal allows you to embrace various feelings and emotions that will stimulate you to reflect on what is important in your life. Self-care is important and to start off by acknowledging what an amazing person you are – is self-care in itself. It allows you to become grateful for the blessings that you have been given and achieved thus far in your life. By living through journaling, you will start to manifest your dreams, feelings and behaviours.
